Thought of seasoning them and use seasoned flour. Pan fry.

That's the only thing I use them for and make some gravy with the drippings.

Pan fry whole or cut up as steak fingers. If you’re feeling froggy coat in yellow mustard before flour

Chicken fried steak!

Pounding them out and soaking in buttermilk is key.

Might look for some at the store after work. That sounds good.

2 pounds of cubed steaks
1 envelope of Lipton onion soup
1 can of French onion soup
1 yellow onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
1 celery stalk diced
Salt and pepper to taste.
Water
Butter
Cut meat into bite sized pieces and brown in melted butter. Put all the rest of ingredients into pot and boil, stirring occasionally until meat is fork tender. Enjoy meat and gravy poured over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
