Anyone know where to fine these. I can find the bone in with skin turkey breasts, but can't find the boneless skinless kind. I know I can do it myself, but the bone in with skin ones tend to be from young turkeys and I want a giant turkey breast I can smoke for sandwiches.

I've been getting mine from the Butcher Shoppe in Pensacola for about 4.99/pound, they will overnight them to you if you don't get over that way.

Iverstines said they will have some closer to Thanksgiving about a month ago, but I haven't checked back recently.

Costco sometimes has them also.

ETA: I'm talking about the 4-5 pound skin-on, boneless turkey breast. I trim the skin off, and smoke them on my BGE.

Thanks Norla, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Will check out the butcher shoppe, but not sure I want to spend $5 a pound for turkey.

I'm planning to just buy a whole Butterball, or two, once they go on sale for T-Giving for $.99/lbs and then take a few whacks at 'em with the ole cleaver to break the turkeys down into white and dark meats. I've been going back and forth on whether to deep fry, smoke or sous vide everything and I think I've decided to do some of each.

I actually found some adult turkey bone in breasts at target for .77 cents a pound. Going to debone those.

Bumping this to see if anyone has seen boneless turkey breasts anywhere. Winne Dixie only had bone-in and Walmart days they are out based on online inventory. Thanks.

Bone and skin them yourself. It's about as easy as it gets when it comes to preparing meat for cooking.

All you need is a sharp knife to use to follow the bone structure in the breasts to filet the meat off the bones after pulling off the skin.

I can debone and skin a turkey breast in under 1 minute.

I agree. The skin releasing it's fats is going to help baste the meat as it cooks and the bones will shorten the cook time as they absorb heat and aid in cooking.

When done, the breast meat should pull off easily from the bones.

A couple of years ago, I was looking for the same thing for Thanksgiving as my dad was on a strict low sodium diet and could not have a prebrined bird.

I was able to get one from Iverstines, but it was not cheap.

IDK if you care about pre brined or not, but this was the only place that had it.

I don’t care about whether brined or not. Looks like I’ll just cook a bone-in breast as I struck out at a few stores and bought a bone in one.
