I’m a big fan of the garlic and corn. Not sure I’ve ever seen celery.

I'd try it. I prefer the inner most stems of the celery. The pale green bitter/ sweet stalks.

Had turnip roots in a crawfish boil once and it was great. Had never heard of that

It's for a bunch of people who just ate the sides and minimal crawfish.

Cocktail sauce is for the shrimp we boiled too. Butter is obviously for corn.
