Blue Bell Salted Caramel Brownie
It’s on the list for the store
ETA: bought half gallon this afternoon - it’s good, I just wish the ice cream part was chocolate - there’s not much left - kids approved

OP is spot on. Its good. But oatmeal cookie is tremendous. It became my all time favorite quickly

Something changed with Blue Bell. It used to be light years better than anything else in the market. But, now it tastes like diabetes and regret. Way too sweet.

Gourmand ice creameries have exploded the last few decades, much like local micobreweries, give em a try.
Based upon this board's raves, I bought a half gallon of the Blue Bell Oatmeal Pie, and it was solid for mass marketed ice cream, but sans the big chunks after a few bites it wasn't hard to quit based upon just the ice cream flavor. I much prefer their Cookies & Cream, Moollennium Crunch, Natural Vanilla Bean, etc.

really wanted to try the peachy peach but no one here has had it
I don't like the peachy peach. It's not nearly the same as the homemade vanilla with peaches. The peachy flavor is a little more artificial. Not my fav.
