i had some CCCD pint last week

I made the pregnant SO and I some milkshakes with it.

How long before the symptoms would start showing.

I bought it at albertsons on College. Would they be able to tell me if they received any pints under that label number?

My wife just hit 37 weeks yesterday She's been on mint chocolate chip kick lately, so we haven't had the cookie dough for a few weeks.

Before this, neither one of us really ate ice cream honestly. During her pregnancy, its consumed quite a bit at night after dinner. She cant help it!!

I feel bad because she doesnt want to eat it knowing its fattening so I eat it with her as well. I have prolly gained 12 lbs of baby weight myself

ready for the baby to get here!!

Good luck!

i personally think Graeters is the best brand of Ice Cream i have tasted.

You can get it at FM. They are based of Louisville and its freaking phenomenal.

Its pricey and only comes in pints but if you like good ice cream, check it out. They have at least 10 flavors.

I've never seen another ice cream brand cover this shite up until it killed someone so I guess blue bell is unique there too. Braums is better anyways.

I eat ice cream maybe once every couple months, but never mint chocolate chip, and never one who covered up listeria until 3 people died.

I just don't understand people who are so obsessed they can get over the fact that blue bell didn't care they were risking people's lives until they finally killed 3 of them.

Blue Bell is going to take a lot of crap for this, but there are no proven cases, and the problem is 100 percent the fault of the supplier. IF any supply was contaminated, it was before it even got to Blue Bell.

I'm starting to think that lysteria has always been in a bunch of stuff, and we are just getting better at picking it up.

They found it in their plants and did nothing for 2 years and maybe even as far back as 2010

quote:

emerge on Jan. 28, when tests by South Carolina state inspectors revealed Listeria monocytogenes in two products made in Blue Bell’s flagship Brenham plant. (Listeria monocytogenes is the bacteria that causes listeriosis, blamed for 1,600 serious infections a year, including 260 fatalities. Listeriosis is the third-leading cause of food-borne death in the U.S.)

quote:

Using a nationwide bacterial registry, the CDC matched the Blue Bell bug to listeria strains blamed for an unsolved 2014 outbreak at a Wichita hospital: Five patients, already hospitalized with serious illnesses, had been infected; three died. Investigators later confirmed that four drank milkshakes made with Blue Bell ice cream. Further testing would link the company to 10 listeriosis cases dating back to 2010. Experts believe there are many more illnesses where the connection will never get made.
