Went to the Mexican supermarket, asked for a really good fajita marinate
Flap steak, onions, & bell peppers

Vacuum marinate the meat

I don’t care if everyone hates you on this board, that looks good. Is that a butter sauce on the side - El tiempo style?

FYI, this is the marinate they recommended. It’s very good. That and a little oil, shake in bag with meat, then I vacuumed it for about three hours.

Marinade(n)-a sauce, typically made of oil, vinegar, spices, and herbs, in which meat, fish, or other food is soaked before cooking in order to flavor or soften it

Marinate(v)-soak (meat, fish, or other food) in a marinade

Looks awesome. I like that you included butter. Most people don't realize the reason fajitas are sooo good in restaurants is because they have a huge squirt bottle of butter by the flattop that they constantly douse it in.

Hell, I guess that goes for most grilled foods.
