Best way to reheat Jambalaya

I have a foil turkey pan full of Jambalaya. Can I reheat this in the oven? if so on what temp and for how long TIA

Add a little water , cover tightly with foil and put it in about 275 and steam it till warm

Yes.
==Preheat oven to 325 F.
==Cover turkey pan full of Jambalaya tight with foil. (If you feel froggy, cover first with plastic wrap and then foil.)
==Place in oven for about 15 minutes.
==Take that bitch out and stir.
==Put back in oven for another 15 minutes or something like that. (You should be able to tell about how long it should take from the first go around.)

Frankly, that's what I would do. Put that shite in a gallon size zip lock, add a couple splashes of water and nuke it.

I agree. I've tried every way possible to reheat jambalaya and the microwave works the best.

Zip lock won't melt? How long to microwave for?

I don't put it in a ziplock. I just stick a portion size on a plate. I go for about 30-40 seconds and stir it and do it again. A microwave will heat that stuff quickly. You just want to warm it up a little.

Honestly, I reheat in a cast iron skillet, very minimal amount of water. Stir frequently. Sometimes nuking it makes it too mushy for my taste.
