Jambalaya Shoppe. Consistent even if it is the best jambalaya around.

My house, if you give me a little notice.

Reluctantly, I have to agree with the man from the AP, JS is pretty decent for mass produced, and pretty true to style (no tomatoes).

I honestly can't think of anywhere besides JS in BR that does jambalaya. Does BR have Pot and Paddle?

Yes. On Old Jefferson between Bluebonnet and H2O Auto Spa.

They're on Waitr and I'm going to wreck their gumbo for lunch once the cold wet weather sets in.

I feel like the red jambalaya weirdos should need to specify.

You have to drive down to Ascension Parish. Go to T-Wayne's in Prarieville or Lamendola's in Gonzales.

If you have to get some in BR, Pot and Paddle on Jefferson is a narrow favorite over the Jambalaya Shoppe. It's basically the same recipe, but I think the meat to rice ratio is a little better as is the spice to salt proportion.
