Would like to try and grab some Parish, Bayou Teche and Urban South on the way back to Texas from Iota.

What place would be the best bet in Lake Charles?

Thanks in advance.

I've hit up Hocus pocus and lake Street liquor before. They are both off of the loop, don't have their exact location as I was in your same position.

Yeah...I’ve been to Hocus before. Was hoping for something a bit more accessible off I-10, but that’s probably a pipe dream.

you're going to have to take the 210 loop for any decent beer option. hokus is my usual go to but lake street has some stuff too.

Marshland Tobacco in Carlyss. Get off on exit 20 and go south for a few miles.

You can thank me later. Also, they have a drive through so you don’t have to get out of your car.

They have parish, crying eagle, techie, Abita, etc.

Call them before you go there confirm they have all in stock, but they generally do.

Well I went to Pocus earlier (home in Sugar Land now). Vast majority of their bottles Envie was “missing” brewed on dates. So either they were dirt old, or someone’s scratching off the ink.

Homseis (spelling?) had good variety 10 years ago, freshness was an issue. Not sure about these days.
