I just saw a little place here in North Carolina carrying it. Is it good? Probably the best I can get up here.

Yes it's good, though I don't think as good as it used to be pre-mass production.

Agreed that it isn’t quite as good as it was prior to being massed produced. However, it will give you a color and flavor you won’t find with any other one out there. Just make sure you take off the casing.

better than anything else you can get prolly. Rabideaux sausage is carried out of state sometimes, prolly the best sausage in the state. if you can get that, do so. Best stop is prolly your best bet though.

I got some at Goodwood hardware a couple weeks back. I never really had it, other than one time a few years ago. It is very good.
