Best Ribs in Memphis

Alright, I will be in Memphis this weekend. I have been to Rendezvous but I know they aren't the best. Please give me your opinion of the best rib joint in Memphis. I know this could go on the food board, but it takes too long to get answers there.

Yeah, I went to bb kings. Had some nice live music, but the food was not good.

The BBQ shop. Central BBQ for the best pulled pork or bbq nachos, IMO.

there were some places on food network or travel channel one that looked really good. i would go on their website and see what i could find from maybe triple d or man vs food.

The joint on the corner of Beale (west end I believe) Blues City BBQ maybe, were better to me than rendezvous. Rendezvous were tough, dry (I know they are supposed to be), and just didn't have a lot of flavor. We stopped at the other joint and I was pleasantly surprised.

Pretty open to interpretation, much like, "Who makes the best poboy in NOLA?" Since you can't come to my house, try Central, BBQ shop and Rendezvous. You could throw in Interstate, Corky's, Tops, Leonard's and the Commissary as well if you like. Form your own opinion. If you like them, you like them. I like different places at different times.
