Olde Tyme half & half (oyster/shrimp) and their shrimp are hard to beat. Pop's isn't bad but they try to get too fancy on something simple.

For a standard shrimp poboy Olde Tyme. For something more specialty and jazzed up Pops.

For fried seafood, can’t go wrong with either Old Tyme or Villager’s Cafe.

Olde Tyme gets my vote. Matter of fact, gonna carry back a meatball, dressed, to watch the game with tonight…

Be sure to wear your raincoat and have a roll of paper towels on hand it gets pretty messy. But yeah, Olde Tyme dominates the shrimp/half & half/meatball poboys. The special of the day (not on sale special) is usually spot on. The others are just cold cuts and nothing special.

ETA; Service has been down for quite a while, but the owner's son is on his way back in to run the place again. It was never the same since he left a few years ago.

Old Tyme, Villager's Cafe, Chris' Poboy, Pop's, Julien's

If you want roast beef plus other meats, get the Chris' Special- roast beef, ham and turkey with au jus- its awesome, plus you can get a cup of gumbo for appetizer
