I think CBD would definitely be okay with that--the problem is so few places in BR deliver. Getting a restaurant on board to dedicate an employee to that each night for a bar that doesn't get packed every night would be very difficult. :/
That said, I've noticed people getting Jimmy Johns delivered.

Yeah, I can see that. Another option would be to have menus at the bar so that customers can phone in an order to go, and then go pick up their order when it's ready. I don't know if there are any restaurants close by that would be conducive to doing this, but I would definitely order good food from a good local restaurant before ordering Jimmy Johns.
4Miles, Rouge, and I did learn that fries smothered in gravy can be a lot messy when drinking beer...

Yeah I usually go to Jason's Deli and get a sandwich and bring it in CBD if I think I will be sitting awhile. I've seen people bring pizza inside and other foods.
Now CBD does sell sausage and chips if you just need something to snack on.

Albasha has walked food over for patrons before and I've never personally heard a complaint about it from their staff or management. As awesome as food trucks are we respect Albasha and Jason's Deli. We're also looking into grilling more food at CBD for football season. We occasionally have Garrett out there grilling chicken for certain releases like the Founders Release. Blis5 Blast is our go to for marinating that chicken. Thanks for the love guys!
