For sure. Might be number one. I remember the good old days of leaving school on a Friday and heading over to three for one. I was 16 and looked twelve and never got carded. Good times.

Yeah, that's my second favorite neighborhood place.

I understand. Of course, if it was a straight up "popular" column, Razoo's would be at the top of the list. Hi-oohhhhhh.

Also, Harry's Corner Bar should be on the list...and so should the Dragon's Den.

Yep, go ahead and add the Mayfair while you're at it.

Great spot. Not the same for me without Ms G.

Also, Friar Tucks on Claiborne would be in my top five if I was still in high school. Never made it there when it was Shannahan's though.

What happen? Did she croak?

She was there, last time I went in, around Mardi Gras.

You could go there in 8th grade. They let girls in while still wearing their Scared Heart, Mercy and McGeehe's uniforms. Pitchers of kamikazes at age 14 is a very ugly sight.

That's was before I was in town, but my wife always talks about that place.

No she is still kicking. She just doesn't pour Jaeger down young guys throats and them blow them in the beer room anymore.

Would Gertie be considered a GGILF?

Sazerac Bar is one to hit when in town now.

You could do a Marigny night: Mimi's (for tapas), dba, Spotted Cat, Apple Barrel, R Bar...

I actually would probably know. My wife(soon to be ex) goes atleast four nights a week and my two brother in-laws go every night but Sunday. That is because they go during the day on Sunday. Nothing like family fun fueled by severe alcoholism.

Mix that in with the holidays, and it's a thing of beauty...

Harry's Corner is my favorite spot in the Quarter whenever we end up down there these days.

Nothing like some good old fashioned forced family fun.
