I’m sorry, I didn’t know you kept bumping this to get my response. Are you Chris?
It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten there. My girlfriend and I picked up some po boys when I first moved to Lafayette. I thought the roast was deli meat, chopped up. Maybe they were having a bad roast day. I was trying to find the picture my girlfriend took of her shrimp poboy to send to people back home. All it had on it was what she called pre-battered frozen shrimp, a dab mayonnaise and some cabbage on bread that the consistency was like a hotdog bun. Not what we considered “dressed”. We had never seen a place where you had to pay extra for a slice of tomato. She said her shrimp po boy tasted like a fish sandwich from McDonald’s.
They seem to be doing very well though, so good for them.

Old tyme uses deli meat for their roast beef. Pretty sure Chris’ has an actual pot roast going.

I think you ran your mouth about something you know jackshit about .How would you mistake a cooked roast for deli meat?
