Anyone have a good marinade recipe to share? Also, do you marinade the vegetables with the meat or separately?

Original recipe would have been hanging tender. Expensive now. So use tres major at this point.
Cut into 1 & 1/2
Inch pieces. Paprika and veg oil marinate overnight.
Then squeeze and marinate one day in
3 cups sherry
3 cups soy
1 can
Pineapple juice
1 box brown surgar.
1 table spoon garlic powder
Then bell pepper meat onion rotation on a kabob.
Grill till medium rare and top with teriyaki sauce. Served with wild rice blend and grilled zucchini.

Solid.

Good lord! Are you marinating 15lbs of meat?

You do all that and then put teriyaki sauce after the fact? How can you possibly taste the marinade?

I’ve used this one before. The red pepper flakes gives it some kick

1/3 cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1?½ tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1?½ tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (optional)

This is a "London Broil" marinade, but I really like it. Try this:

4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Basil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
