I was just watching them cook some on Food Safari - Fire. Wrapped in foil inside clay pot, cooked on fire. I think any kind of braising or roasting would be good. The cook said his favorite part was the eye.

We get it shipped in from Iceland for Christmas most years. My mom just boils it. The cheeks are delicious. Enjoy.

My aunt eats it like a steak. I always have a cube of it when I go over but idk how the frick she eats it like she does. One of the worst things I’ve ever had for sure.

I’m not a big lamb eyeball guy myself. Fish, I’ll eat all day. My grandma and mom love the lamb eyeballs though.
