Looking at new refrigerators. Anyone out there own a Bosch? My Bosch dishwasher is an excellent workhouse, just wondering if the fridge is similarly robust. TIA

I have a Samsung fridge that I like but I've heard that its difficult to find someone to do repair work on them...also getting parts can be a problem

We plugged in our Samsung in August, 2013.
We will be shopping for a replacement while waiting on the repairman, Again.
Junk.

I’ve had a bottom drawer freezer Whirlpool for over 10 years now. Parts and maintenance are cheap and easy. YouTube has thousands of videos on how to work in them if needed. The inky thing I had to do was replace the ice maker.

Hard to go wrong with Bosch. We've also had good luck with Whirlpool.

Our Samsung was finally sent to the curb and it felt great. Parts were difficult. Constantly frozen coils. Ice maker inconsistent. Bought the GE Café and it has been good so far.

LOL, today we got a replacement for our 6 year old Samsung. My wife is now a wiz at fixing it but there are too many things wrong with it right now and it is too difficult to get parts. The things currently wrong with it are, water pooling under drawers, ice maker does not work, freezer will not go below 30 degrees. When the ice maker went out the freezer was still working normally so I don't think the two are related.

Have had those exact same problems. Repair guy who works where we bought it, said it was junk.

My only advice is to stay away from Samsung. Ours has been crap. Kept getting the ice maker repaired under warranty until the warranty expired. The ice maker is permanently out now and I refuse to pay to get it fixed.

I have a Maytag French door fridge...i love how it uses the space. Almost exactly 10 years old and other than the freezer drain getting clogged and dealing with an ice shelf because of it about 5 years ago its been rock solid.
