Polynesian, Blackened Ranch, and Wendy's Hot Chili have been mentioned so I'll go with a condiment that is really only for one item but makes or breaks it, Taco Bell Avocado Ranch. Any TB chicken item without it is completely thrown off.

Yes, it is Popeyes that gives out packets of Louisiana hot sauce.

Mardi Gras Mustard popeyes

I was unaware of that. I’ll have to try it. Is it just creole mustard or something different? I always have a bottle of Zatarain’s Creole mustard on hand. (I also always have Louisiana, Crystal, and habanero Tabasco on hand, I just asked for some hot sauce packets from Popeyes yesterday to confirm which brand they were.)

It’s creole mustard but thinned out (Mayo?) without so much mustard bite

Really good

The only correct answer is Canes sauce. The entire franchise is built on the foundation of that sauce. I don't know if there is another case of a place that did that. If you take it away, you have mediocre chicken tenders, fries, toast, and coleslaw.

2. chick-fil-a sauce
3. Wendy's chili sauce

Canes Sauce

And I am prepared for the downvotes but I do like a Big Mac about 2-3 times a year because of that sauce.

Favorite Chick Fil A sauce is the one they offer only with the grilled chicken club sandwiches. Anytime I get anything else I request this sauce since it's not listed with their others.
