George's uses the dark roast beef gravy. It's good.

Louie's with their sausage gravy is my favorite. I do not care if it is frozen like a brick before cooking, it is good.

As mentioned, Dempsey's and Sammy's are both good. Tramonte's isn't bad at all either, it's their Monday lunch special
