I’ll be downvoted, but Riverside Patty gets my vote.

Fleming’s at Happy Hour is #1
Curbside/The Merchant is a solid #2
Burgersmith probably next.

Our Mom’s has an incredible burger

I like burgersmith but by the time you get a decent burger with the toppings it ends up being $20

Dearman’s is horrible. I don’t know how they stay open.

Curbside, Our Mom’s, and Burgersmith all have great burgers. The steak burger at J Alexander’s is awesome too.

There's a few sleepers around town that aren't bad but aren't mentioned as much here.

Bin 77

The Chimes

This one is a shocker, but Bonefish..

Superior Grill (no photo online that matches what I had last week, sorry)

Riverside wasn't good to me when I had it, but people here swear it is good. I'm a sucker for a decent bun, and not a fan of the crumbly sesame seed kind you get in the store.

I have an over/under for the number of times the 'baws' post this thread in 2019, I'm guessing 16X, what's your guess?

Winner gets a carton of Clearasil, likely needed by those who start it the thread.

Mason's Grill has the single best burger.

The cajun shrimp burger is on a whole next leve from the rest.

Curbside is the best burger place.

In no particular order

Mason's Grill Cajun shrimp burger
Riverside Patty
Tim's Poboy on Monterrey
Dixie Maid on Mclelland
Roul's deli
Five guys

In my opinion the "craft" burger joints in BR don't live up to the hype or price they charge. Give me an honest burger and an honest price any day over some ambiance and decorations.

Quite a pat on the back. That's definitely it. The people on a board that discusses food daily are tricked by decorations. It couldn't possibly be that a burger done with high quality meat, toppings, and bun is actually good.
