I ate brunch there once. Great setting in the buldings behind the cabin. Awesome service. I think the 7 course is 175. If I am driving that way, I go to Latiles.

It has been brought up several times on the board, but to my knowledge no reviews, I would love to hear more about it I have thought about going a few times but always opt for latils landing instead

Having worked in the area for many years, I always thought the Cabin was very mediocre, bland enough for the blue hairs touring the plantations. It fits my "never eat at a restaurant with farm implements hanging on the wall" rule to a tee.

I hope Bernadette's is only connected by real eastate.

Haven't been either and likely won't. They seem mighty proud of their menu. Even at $175 w/ wine pairings I'm not sure It's where I'm looking to go to spend $400 on dinner.

I thought the same thing...hopefully at their price point they can back it up!

Where are you getting the pricing for the 5/7 courses and the wine pairing? I was curious how much they were going for.

I did the wine paired meal at Latil's last fall and I think the meal for 2 was in the range of $300, is that right? It was pretty damn good, so for $175 per person Bernadette's would really have to knock it out of the park.

My secretary gave me a coupon for a complimentary bottle of "Bernadette's Champagne" with purchase of Sunday Brunch so I may give the place a trial run in the next few weeks.
