Where in BR can I buy brat that are better than those poor Johnsonville brand. Does Boar's Head make them?

Iverstein Butchers makes some really good ones. If they have them fresh they’re outstanding.

i ran a 55/45 ratio venison to pork.

jalapeno cheddar brats 10lbs of blended meat
3 Tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup ice-cold beer
8 oz high-temp cheddar
7 oz diced jalapeños

beer brats 34lbs of blended meat
10 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp ginger
3? cups powdered milk
3 cups cold beer

I then ran 6lbs with some other ingredients added lake marjioram coriander and mustard powder. I found something off putting or overpowering, so i will still tweak that.
