Beer in can, bottle, or draft - what's best?

My father-in-law won't drink a can of beer, only out of the bottle. At home, I mostly drink canned beer so I have to buy him bottles when he visits. No biggie.
Draft is my favorite, but after that I really don't care. What say you?

what if you pour a can beer in a pint glass for him and tell him it's a bottle...will he know the difference?

Draft
Bottles
Cans. Cans are only good for shotgunning and when bottles aren't allowed

Draft is the obvious choice

Draft to me is much better.

draft
after that, there is no difference between a can or bottle. it's cold beer either way. draft, on the other hand always has a nice crispness to it.

Draft is for the cheap young shits that only know about bar specials. No real elder beer drinker prefers a flat draft beer.
A decent draft beer has to be iced cold, with a fresh tap, and served in an iced cold mug.

Might be a good test. He is not a big drinker at all so I think it's funny that he gets hung up on bottles and cans (just clap ya hands).

I thought I was drunk off bottled beer already.

Nothing better than fresh draft beer. But flat draft beer is the suck.

I was waiting for one of these dumbass kind of responses. You know nothing about beer, so you shouldn't have posted.
Guessing the only draft you have ever had was at keg parties while drinking bud/miller/coors out of plastic cups.

for the record, i'm also a cheap young shite who prefers draft beer. but gramps 42LSU can keep his ice cold mug.
have had some great stuff in cans though - oskar blues and maui brewing co are both can-only breweries that do top notch stuff.

I have been drinking beer for damn near 20 years and average around 50 a week. I am not the stud I once was, but using this average, I have consumed close to 50,000 beers in my day. I would rather pay 3 times the price for a bottled beer than have a 2 for 1 or any other draft special. They give them away for a reason.

How about you go to a real bar and try and drink real beer on draft and then report back to us.
Most people that I know that enjoy good beer drink almost all draft beer with a non frozen mug.
