Most everything is closed bar-wise.
Craft and growler is open since they have a kitchen now. Probably the best taplist you'll find.
Celestial and other breweries should be opening soon with the new TABC emergency rules.
Rodeo goat in the design district usually has a decent tap list and good burgers. Ditto for eureka in uptown/west village
Something like the rustic, happiest hour, Katy trail Icehouse, or truck yard will be your best bet for outdoor drinking with decent to good beer options, but all of those will be kinda douche factories yet still fun.

I crushed three mambo’s last week. Delicious.

I just saw where Blackfriar on McKinney Avenue in Uptown is now back open. Nice patio with a good beer list.

Strangeways just opened back up. Goodfriend is open. Craft & Growler, Cold Beer Co. and Manhattan Project (Brewery tap room) are all open.
They closed a couple of years ago I think. Glad to hear they're open in case I get stuck in uptown. They have a nice multi level deck/patio.

Katy Trail Ice House. Great venue

quote:I second this one. Especially if the weather is nice. Large outdoor seating area with fans/misters blowing, good cold beer, and usually plenty of eye candy.
