Absolutely. I use it in my brisket wrap (see sig pic). When I'm frying burgers in a black iron skillet I'll put a teaspoon in the pan first. Same when I sear a steak.

Do yall keep it in the fridge or on the counter in a jar? And would it be different if it was chicken or pork.
