Beef plate/short ribs - BR area

Where do y’all usually buy racks of beef ribs around BR? The only place I’ve found them is rouses. I asked the butcher at a Costco and he said they sometimes carry them, but I’ve yet to see them there. Smoked some for the first time yesterday and really liked them

Bought some at Sam’s the other day. They will cut them however you want

Which one? I asked at the Denham location the other day and the guy said they didn’t stock them

Alexander’s, but you will have to ask the butcher. And look closely to make sure they aren’t chuck ribs.

I’ve bought them from Albertsons before. Just tell the butcher you want the whole plate.

I have gotten them at Bet-R. You just have to ask the butcher.
