Chili made with chuck roast or brisket, hell naw

That is actually the trio I use in all my chili. I usually spend the extra time cooking them from dry as they hold up better but some people might not like extra texture.

This thread has me craving chili in 100 degree heat. Good job OP.

I like the brand Ranch Style beans in my chili. Without beans its just taco meat or sloppy joe.
