Great chicken cracklings. Haven’t had their boudin. Soon.

Their boudin is good. Their non smoked jalepeno cane sausage is the tits.

I love the flavor of Ronnie's, but it's too finely textured for me, which I know is simply a personal preference. I feel the same way about chicken salad (not crazy about the super smooth, finely shredded ones).
If someone knows of somewhere that tastes as good as Ronnie's but has a bit firmer texture to the rice and meat, let me know

If you ask nicely, they will make wild hog Bacon & brisket jalapeno cane syrup sausage.

Truth. A couple of meat pies and a few boudin balls and we’re set, on the road, for a few hours.

I've had Day's in the past and thought it was pretty mediocre. Maybe I need to give it another shot.
My experience with Day's is that its hit and miss. Some days its good and some days it just complete mush in the casing.
