Also, funny story, when I was born, my parents aske my sister, 1 1/2 years old at the time, what she wanted to name me, and she said Haagen Daaz.

I think I've got another 10 to spare, I'm going for 175, although I'm less concerned about the actual weight, if I can see my abs I'll be happy.

Exactly. Too many worry about a target number and panic when it goes one pound over. I try to keep my weight between a 5lb range, 195-200. When I get to 200 I back off the bad stuff till I lose the 5.

Question. Which Blue Bell plant supplies your ice cream. Ours is supplied out of Tulsa, and it's quality all the way.
