Asian-Mexican infused pork tacos

asian inspired barbecue pork which was a recipe from Guys cookbook my gf rented from the library



fresh slaw topped with sriracha sour cream we made

she sliced everything very thin

-- purple cabbage
-- radish
-- cucumber
-- yellow & red bell pepper
-- red onion
-- jalapeno
-- basil
-- mint
-- cilantro

She then tossed the ingredients in olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame oil

I do a similar taco using sauteed mushrooms, zucchini and onion....and make a ginger and lime aioli, add fresh mint and basil when constructing the taco. We get such good, fresh corn tortillas it would be a crime to use anything else.

How'd you cook the pork? And did you just dump all of those ingredients (soy, chili sauce, etc.) on top of it?

Looks great.

Use Imgur and choose large thumbnail and you won't get such obnoxiously large images.
