Are crowd control and/or devils harvest readily available in Covington?

Here visiting family and would like to try one or both of these while I'm here. Not sure if they are year round or easy to track down. Any recs appreciated - thanks!

Both are in nearly ever rouses if seen on the southshore I don't see why it would be any different up there

aquistapaces in mandeville has 11/16 devils harvest but crowd control hasn't been since up here in weeks.

I was at Aquistapaces's a week ago or so (Mandeville) and they actually has October CC on the shelf.
