Redfish is drum.

I've seen it pop up at Rouses on occasion. I haven't particularly noticed a general seafood shortage around town so the world is your oyster.

Would recommend Off the Hook but those days are in the past

Redfish is red drum. "Drum" or "puppy drum" is black drum.
