Saw the cajun ninja doing a meal on one in his videos. I almost think i would rather this thing over the blackstone griddle. Mainly because the cleaning looks much easier.

It takes me 2-3 minutes to clean my 36" blackstone, and I have a lot more cooking surface. Only thing in could see that would benefitial is that it seems to get hotter than a Blackstone.

I dreaded the cleaning part of the Blackstone until I got one. Probably takes less time to clean than it does to wash a dirty pot. It’s almost fun

Eta- no experience with the fire disk, but they look cool

i have the older model with the drip pan on the side that straight sucks. I believe the new models have the drainage part on the backside of the griddle... thats a game changer design IMO

I've posted on this here before. I'm interested in this due to the portability it offers. They have a model that I can take down and take canoeing.

I got a 22” discada last week. Haven’t used it yet though.

I've got a 24 inch discada. I've used it once but it's pretty cool, I like it.
