re: Anyone order other items from the MS State cheese store?

I’m no cheese guru, but I feel like it may be a pretty good blend between a sharp cheddar and something like a havarti. Like I said, it makes a REALLY good grilled cheese, IMO. That being said, I’ve heard about the Wazzu canned cheese and how good it is. I’ll have to order some of they ship.

That’s a good idea too. Have a LSU Dairy counter at the front of the store. You could make a killing selling ice cream on football game days, especially early in the season.
