Need it for a dish but Houma does not offer the best options. I figure an italian market in the city is my best option but I would appreciate any help

Try a Whole Foods. Maybe even rouses.
In NOLA there are a few Italian markets that will have it, likely not open on Sunday. Terranovas, matassas.
Cochon Butcher may have some purchase.

I've been tempted to pull the trigger on an Amazon order.
