Fantastic fish, probably my favorite(toss up between that and halibut), keep it simple, I prefer grilled with a touch of lemon butter, could do the same broiled , just don’t overcook

I just broiled some fresh trout and it was dynamite: I used an ordinary bottled General Yao’s sauce, brushed very sparingly on the raw filets. Broiled for just a few minutes: sugar in the sauce caramelized nicely, and flavor didn’t overwhelm the fish yet it was a nice change of pace. Great with rice and steamed veggies.

Good fish for smoking. You can use left overs for smoked fish dip!

Sashimi or grilled steaks lightly seasoned.

Wahoo is my favorite besides tuna.
