Picked some up from HEB this morning and I would like to top it with some remoulade, but not that store bought crap.
Any recipes?

White remoulade is good on everything. Let it sit overnight to come together.
1 & 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup creole mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 cup fresh green onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 & 1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh Italian or curly parsley, minced
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 & 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup creole mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 cup fresh green onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 & 1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh Italian or curly parsley, minced
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

I use this one.
I've never had it on fried green tomatoes, but I'm sure it would be amazing.
I followed your recipe and it was awesome with the tomatoes. One downside was I waited an extra day to make them and two of them turned red overnight.
