Nueske's bacon online store
I was ordering a slab of Nueske's and thought about using Sous Vide to cook it first.
Anyone try this and if so, how'd it turn out?

I mean why would you? You'd still need to fry it to get it crisp and then it'll be overcooked

I don't see the point in using this method for bacon

According to this LINK:
A. Once done, the bacon is fully cooked all the way through and can be stored for two weeks in the fridge or up to six months in the freezer.
B. Cooking time on the griddle is cut down significantly, as it simply needs to be seared.
C. How hard is it to set it and leave it overnight, anyway?

Why don't you do it, take pictures, and post them for us?

I have. I just did it overnight.
It was good. I didn't really notice a significant difference though. It did make active cook time quicker.
