I do...but I do it for the wife and I put 2 scrambled eggs on top of them and mix it in.

Pro tip: ask for no salt so you get a fresh batch of fries, then salt them on your own.

My mom used to do this for breakfast when I was a kid, making hashbrowns with leftover McD's fries, and serving it with over easy eggs and toast. Don't really remember if it was good or not.
She grew up extremely poor and saves any leftover food, even if it's just a few bites. Drives my wife crazy on the days she watches our kids and there's a fridge full of Tupperware containers with morsels of food.
