Any places have good beignets along I-10 between Texas border and Lafayette?

I have some friends traveling to Lafayette from TX tomorrow and they are asking about Beignets. I'm not aware of any well-known places that do these in Laffy, Lake Charles, or elsewhere along I-10. Anyone know a good place or are they out of luck?

The Coffee Depot in Scott has some pretty good ones. Not far off I-10 as well. Only open 6am-1pm, though.

Not sure if they have beignets but the donut shop right off the interstate in Iowa is phenomenal
