Seoul Tofu Korean Restaurant
LINK

Hot Stone bibimpap is the best thing here. We also got the kimchi pancake and the hot pot tofu soup. We love Korean food.

So much great (and affordable) food off the strip in Vegas.

For something different check out Capo’s
LINK

It’s a mafia style speakeasy Italian restaurant complete with Sinatra lounge singer and close-up magic at the table. It’s an experience and the food is pretty good too

An excellent but nicely priced Italian is Nora's out West Flamingo Rd.

If you're a sushi fan there are plenty of nice, yet expensive, options around Vegas. However, I really like Osaka Japanese Bistro on West Sahara Ave for lower prices and really good sushi.

Bumping this to give a report on Piero’s.
Went there last night and it was excellent.
Had the loaded Caesar salad and the osso bucco. Wife had the halibut. Coconut carrot cake for dessert. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was quintessential old school Las Vegas.
