Like on Top Chef, or similar?

I really appreciate the craftsmanship &
artistic thinking of a meal like these.

I have done some molecular gastronomy meals at my casa.

Lots of work and probably better suited for a commercial kitchen.

Not really, I cook a lot of southern soul food style meals. Nobody I cook for cares about fancy sauces or plating.
