Well I gain and lose like 20 to 30 pounds every year and right now I’m doing weight watchers for about the 4th time. Always like it and always have success.
Any of y’all know any good low point foods or recipes? Looking to branch out.

Isn’t it just calorie cutting for dummies?

Eh, I dunno, just encourages better habits for me and I do better with someone telling me what to do.

Use Skinnytaste.com
She has delicious recipes and most of her recipes have WW points calculated on them.

Its all over if you Google "weight watchers taco soup".
WW has been around a long time, so there's a lot of recipes out there. Only thing you have to be careful of us that they totally revamp the way they do their points every few years.
For example, nowadays they have a lot of "zero point" items that are not exactly calorie-free. But they're foods that are really good for you and they want to encourage you to eat them. So the "bad" foods have higher points than they used to back in the day, in order to offset the new zero point foods.

Yeah I’ve noticed that too. I kinda like it. Corn, chicken breast etc

They revamped it with a lot of foods that used to have points but were zero.
They’ve since redone it again so you can choose the original where the only zero point foods are fruits and vegetables
Or there are two other levels that have more zero point foods. I can’t comment on them because I am doing the original.
Lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks.
This time I’m sticking with it once I get to goal weight.
