I'm hearing good stuff about the advancement of this technology Valle has been working with Elon musk in testing this out of atmosphere very soon. Clete in Clute deserves credit for the idea.

I actually met him recently in New Orleans at one of the breweries there. Cool dude

Khoi BBQ does a popup every now and again at Baileson, time your visit whenever they are there.

I went when they first opened - beers were alright, still figuring out their system. Place is badass - old oil change station with glass rolling doors, if the weather is nice it will be quite enjoyably. Some buds went a few weeks back and said the beer was noticeably bad which is unfortunate. Khoi looks legit, would go in prepped not to have your mind blown beer wise.

Guessing you live in the heights or somewhere close and don't get out much. What other mediocre breweries do you like? True Anomaly has them beat for best newcomer.

I mean most of the mediocre breweries are up north. B52 (post change), copperhead, ingenious, town in city. Most things in or near the loop are solid.

I had four from True Anomaly and they had a fantastic spot and decent beer but nothing that stood out. Maybe i missed the right beer but the IPA's we're good but not fantastic... Like a 3.7/5

To be honest I’ll probably come back only for location, atmosphere, and food they bring in. The beer isn’t good but everything else is great
