I haven't lived there in over five years, and was wanting some suggestions.

Any Cuban places there as well?

Urbano’s Taqueria is pretty good, but kind of expensive. One on Pinhook and one on Johnson.

La Morenita Meat Market is also a good choice to pick up and take home.

for Cuban try Cafe Habana City.

we just hit up Urbano's last week tacos are good, a-la carte style but damn $11 for some chips and "fancy" bean dip, Rita's are good

Taco sister is good too but thats more of a drive -thru thing (gut truck) and they close at 6 i think??

This. The only Mexican restaurant I eat at. I always get 2 Lengua Tacos (Beef Tongue), 1 Bean and Cheese Pupusa, and 1 Tamale......And now I'm hungry
