I'm looking to purchase one for this weekend. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Blackstone if you want a stand alone option.

Take a look at the Camp Chef version. Similar to blackstone but consistently gets better reviews.

I was looking at a Blue Rhino version at Lowes. Not sure about it though.

I recieved a Blacksone as a Xmas gift and would recommend, especially the new version with improved drip tray.

I want a natural gas blackatone but not available. Any other similar price point-griddle size options?

How easy is it to assemble and take apart the blackstone? Curious to know for tailgating purposes.

The griddle top just lifts off. The legs fold up once you remove the bottom shelf. Look at the assembly manual and you'll see.

BTW I love mine. If you are going to use more than one skillet to cook, cooking on the griddle is less clean up.
