When I was a kid, that's how they made boudin. It was either red boudin or white boudin. Red boudin had blood, and it was mostly meat, not as much rice.

Nowadays, what they call boudin is completely different.

frick I miss going to boucheries. Haven't been to one in a couple years.

I just went to my fridge and snagged one. They were 2 tall boys for $2 at the gas station on the way home.
