I find that most aversion to food are attributed to bad past experiences.

I hated corn when I was a kid but it was because the only corn I was exposed to came in a can.

I still remember the first time I tried fresh corn on the cob. It changed my perception and opened my eyes.

Maybe if we learn more about your dislike for steak, we can begin to understand why you say you hate steak.

My best friend hates steak and that makes him a terrible person. Sorry lol

Seriously though...if you truly want to make sure you hate a great steak...drive up to the Miss Delta and get one at the original Doe's Eat Place. Not the newer and closer ones. Go to the original. If you hate that steak...then you hate steak for sure.

2# Excess fat should be trimmed, marbling however, is what makes great steak great.
