Thinking about smoking a prime rib. I'm definitely smoking a ham.

Seems nearly all the people do a prime rib or tenderloin. Solid choices. May go with the prime rib since I eat the tenderloin quite a bit.

Only thing we copy from Thanksgiving is the cornbread dressing and ham. We don't do a turkey for Christmas.
